Location: Wisconsin (30 mins from Madison / 20 mins from Wisconsin Dells)
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days
Schedule & Shift Details- Coverage Type: Emergency Department / Urgent Care Shifts (No Call)
- Shift Dates: November 25, 2026 November 27, 2026
- Shift Times: Day Shifts (6:00 AM 6:30 PM)
- Ongoing Need: Additional coverage opportunities continuing into 2027
- Patient Volume: patients per 24 hours (combined ED/UC setting)
- On-Site Specialty Support: General Surgery, Orthopedics, and a collaborative Hospitalist team
- Advanced Care Resources: On-site UW Med Flight helicopter, Telestroke, and Tele-ICU services
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Emergency Medicine
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin State Medical License
- Certifications: Active ACLS and ATLS certifications
