Ultrasound Technologist: 13-Week Travel Assignment

Integrated Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Morristown, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process. Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures, including Adult Echo studies, following ASE and IAC guidelines. Review prior reports, images, and patient charts to ensure thorough and accurate studies. Monitor patients during procedures and respond to critical findings promptly. Maintain records of exams performed and manage inventory and supplies for the assigned area. Ensure proper imaging techniques and notify the reader when studies are complete. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Education High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Education Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES Cardiovascular Technology Program. Required Certifications & Licensure Registered Cardiac Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with ARDMS or CCI. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Documented experience with a minimum of 200 inpatient echocardiography cases. Preferred Certifications & Licensure None specified.
