Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00am-5:30pm with potential on-call hours. Hemodialysis machine used is 2008T, Peritoneal Dialysis is Claria. Outpatient clinic within a hospital. Also serves inpatients. Serve chronic and acute population.

-Current Registered Nurse License (RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact Registered Nurse (eNLC)).
-Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification required upon hire.
