Server (Seasonal)

Job Summary We are looking for motivated, hardworking, and passionate Fine Dining Servers with incredibly high standards. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) Interact with customers, take orders and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Plan and present menus and drink lists Execute full dinner and wine service Know the steps of service Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Maintain side work throughout all parts of your shift. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours). Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and food items, often weighing up to 25-50 pounds. Regularly bending or stooping to retrieve items or clean tables. Ability to reach overhead or across tables to serve food or drinks. Dexterity to handle plates, glasses, and utensils, as well as using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
