What Drives Success Under general supervision, the Process Improvement Analyst II is responsible for leading and supporting cross‑functional process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and overall business performance. This role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify gaps between current and desired outcomes, analyze processes, and implement sustainable solutions using data‑driven methodologies such as Six Sigma. Lead and support cross‑functional process improvement projects from initiation through implementation Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities Analyze current processes, workflows, and data to develop effective solutions Design and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings Facilitate project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution Apply Six Sigma or similar methodologies to support continuous improvement efforts Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to support analysis and decision‑making Communicate project updates, risks, and results to leadership and key stakeholders Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the organization Support and participate in Kaizen events Support MDI initiatives and training Participate in continuous improvement training events What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience At least 1 year of related experience in process improvement, operations, or a similar field Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent certification preferred Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with knowledge of statistical methods and tools Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, and SQL Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to evaluate business impact Strong interpersonal and customer‑facing skills with the ability to build relationships across functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross‑functional teams Exposure to continuous improvement tools such as DMAIC, 5S, 5 Whys, time study, and line balancing preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Ability to work in both office and operational/manufacturing environments Frequent use of a computer and standard office equipment Ability to travel within the facility as needed to support projects What We Offer Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $67,000‑ $88,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime. Benefits : Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short‑term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long‑term disability insurance. Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid wellbeing days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
