Job Details:

• Drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $88,000
• $0.57 - $0.620 per mile
• Live stop pay: $65 per stop
• Drop/hook pay: $45
• Detention: $23 - $33 per hour (after one hour)
• Hazmat load: $45
• Driver load/unload: $45
• Driver assist: $25
• Yard checks: $23 per hour
• Refused delivery: $45
• Truck order not used: $35
• Crosstown, empty move, rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $23 per hour
• empty search: $23 per hour
• Safety training: $23 per hour
• Overweight rework: $20 per hour
• Reefer load: $40
• Trainee pay: $200 per day
• Holiday pay: $200 per day
