What you’ll do

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through precise work and clear communication
• Service, diagnose, and repair residential equipment: traditional forced-air, steam and hot-water systems, oil-fired equipment, high-velocity setups, ductless systems, and more
• Apply specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues
• Maintain required truck stock to complete flat-rate repairs without delay
• Advise homeowners on enhancements that improve comfort, efficiency, and safety
• Support and guide junior technicians to develop their skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong grasp of HVAC best practices and building codes
• Proficient across all primary HVAC functions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Physical requirements

• Able to work directly on HVAC equipment
• Comfort operating in extreme hot or cold environments as seasons dictate
• Long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder work
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Compliance

Able to pass a background and drug screening check (random testing may occur)
