Tax Manager | Boca Raton | Up to $150k | Hybrid

You'd be joining a Top 50 accounting firm, but the Boca Raton office has just 20 people. So you get the resources, benefits and interesting clients of a national firm, but still know everyone's name, work directly with the Partners and aren't just another number on a spreadsheet.

There's a genuine focus on flexibility, trusting people to do their jobs and making sure work doesn't completely take over their lives.

They have an open PTO approach, so you're treated like an adult when it comes to taking time off. Quite a concept in Public Accounting.

The client work is varied too. You'll work with high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and Partnerships across real estate, construction, manufacturing and more.

\n

Expect a good mix of 1040s, corporate, Partnership, Trust and Estate work, with plenty of reviewing, advising and building relationships directly with clients.

\n

\n

They're ideally looking for an experienced Tax Manager, but if you're a strong Senior who's ready for that next step, they're open to having that conversation too.

\n

\n

You'll need 4+ years of recent Public Accounting experience and broad tax knowledge. A CPA would be a big plus.

\n

\n
