We are seeking a strategic, operationally sound Senior HR Generalist / HRBP to partner with our leadership team, optimize our HR operations, and drive our talent acquisition strategy using ADP Workforce Now. Partner with Leadership: Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers, draft clear role descriptions, set market compensation benchmarks, and refine interview workflows. Own Multi-Module ADP Workflows: Serve as our internal subject matter expert across ADP Workforce Now—from Recruiting and Onboarding to Core HR Data, Performance Management, and Payroll integration. Lead Employee Relations & Compliance: Conduct workplace investigations, coach managers through progressive discipline and PIPs, update handbooks/SOPs, and ensure multi-state labor law compliance.
