MLR is searching for a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist (Med Tech) to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be integral to our laboratory's daily operations, performing complex tests to support patient diagnosis and treatment. We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in laboratory science, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT/MLS) or equivalent certification (e.g., MLT, CLS, or MT/MLS ASCP). Certification must be achieved within 9 months after hire date.
• Proficiency in performing a variety of laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and molecular diagnostics.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure accuracy and precision in test performance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report data accurately and efficiently.
