Civil Engineer - Land Development

What you'll work on

• Greenfield and suburban development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites
• Site layout, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management from concept to construction drawings
• Entitlements, rezoning, and permitting with local municipalities and Indiana state agencies
• Working directly with developers, owners, and design consultants
• For PM-level candidates: running project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Hands-on experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work
• EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Indiana jurisdictional requirements
• Clear communicator with a record of delivering projects on time
