ED NursePosition: ED NurseLocation: Community HospitalSchedule: 1 shift per week, 1 weekend a monthResponsibilitiesAssures patient care areas, triage and waiting room are well stocked, and clean and equipment and supplies are available.Responds to life-saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, and procedures.Discharges patients utilizing individualized discharge plans.Reports concerns or changes in the patient's condition to the Medical Provider.Gives report to the receiving nurse at shift change or with transfer or admission per policy.Documents patient information completely and per policy.Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and per policy.RequirementsRN LicenseBachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experienceCurrent BLS and ACLS RequiredPALS/ENPC/TNCC within 6 months of hireCompensationThe anticipated compensation range for this position is $37.00 - $42.55 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs.
