Full Stack Developer (Back-End & Front-End) CMS/REACT

CMS Full Stack DeveloperLume Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced CMS Full Stack Developer to support the end-to-end redevelopment of its client public-facing consumer website and potential integration of its client business-facing platform. This role blends deep expertise in enterprise-grade CMS platforms and secure back-end development with modern front-end engineering REACT, user accessibility compliance, and responsive design execution. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of UXD, content, Content strategy, and security stakeholders to deliver a secure, accessible, and scalable digital platform that meets state and federal compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead CMS implementation, architecture, and integration tasks with security, compliance, and scalability in mindBuild modular, reusable front-end components using React or Vue.js that adhere to accessibility and design standardsCollaborate with content, design, and accessibility teams to translate research and mockups into performant codeManage CMS migrations from legacy platforms and configure authoring environments for non-technical usersMaintain detailed documentation, including CMS configurations, security models, and data flowsEnsure all development meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and HIPAA requirementsOptimize page load times, performance, and cross-device responsivenessProvide input and recommendations for CMS platform evaluation and implementation strategyMandatory Qualifications:CMS / Back-End:Minimum 7 years of experience implementing and maintaining enterprise-grade CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress VIP, SharePoint, etc.)Strong expertise in: CMS configuration, custom component development, and integrationsSecure content workflows, encryption (data at rest/in transit), and access controlHIPAA-aligned development, including PHI protection and audit readinessCMS template design aligned with modular UI component librariesCMS migrations from legacy systemsTechnical documentation for CMS governance and security protocolsFront-End:Minimum 5 years of experience in responsive, mobile-first front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)Demonstrated proficiency with: Building and maintaining enterprise-grade design systemsSemantic, scalable, maintainable HTML/CSS and component-based architectureAccessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508), including ARIA, keyboard navigation, and screen reader supportDesign token integration from design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)Performance optimization (lazy loading, asset bundling, responsive images)Cross-functional collaboration with designers, CMS developers, and QADesired Qualifications:Experience working with HIPAA-compliant hosting environments, such as AWS GovCloud or Azure GovernmentFamiliarity with headless or hybrid CMS architecturesExperience developing secure APIs and integrations with systems such as eligibility platforms, CRM, and analytics toolsContribution to or management of open-source design system codebasesSupport for multilingual websites and culturally responsive front-end designTrack record of improving performance metrics to drive user engagement and conversion goals
