WKND SHIFTThis role is a weekend shift 2pm - 10pm from Saturday - Wednesday off Thursday and Friday also overtime is triple payResponsibilitiesAssemble wire harness and cable assemblies according to work orders and production drawingsPerform small-piece assembly by attaching electronic components onto plastic partsRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production drawings to determine assembly requirementsPosition and align parts accurately to ensure proper fit and functionUse hand tools and power tools as needed for crimping, soldering, and wiring tasksFollow established production processes and quality standards throughout the assembly processMaintain an organized work area and handle kitting tasks to prepare components for assemblyWork independently to complete assigned tasks while also collaborating effectively with team membersAdhere to safety guidelines and use company-provided personal protective equipment appropriatelyPerform other production and assembly duties as assigned by leadershipJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
