Relationship Strategist III - PNC Private Bank

As a Relationship Strategist III in PNC’s Private Bank organization, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ, work in an in‑office supportive culture, and focus on client management, growth, and exceptional service. Job Description Lead client management activities with current and prospective clients. Develop and execute a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients. Maintain a book of business, driving growth through client expansion and new client acquisition. Source new relationships proactively for the bank and coordinate with the team to determine action plans through thorough discovery of client needs. Ensure exceptional client experience, including regular needs assessments and responsive service to meet client goals. Work with risk partners to manage client selection, resolve concerns, and ensure service delivery aligns with fees. Introduce partners to clients, follow up on introductions, and maintain accurate and complete sales/relationship administration tasks. Execute team processes such as pre‑call planning, post‑call debriefs and relationship reviews. Qualifications Preferred skills: Book of Business, Client Relationship Building, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a comparable combination of education, certificates, and experience may be considered. Experience: 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience in a disciplined public‑banking setting. Certifications: None required. Licenses: None required.
