Field Equipment Outside Sales Rep — Own Your Book & ESOP

Rexco Equipment Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to build relationships in the field across Iowa. You will own a book of business, perform 16+ calls/texts and 4+ face-to-face meetings daily, and guide customers through discovery and the full sales cycle from quotes to financing and delivery.
You’ll log activity in the CRM, monitor market trends, and cultivate loyalty that keeps customers returning. This role is field-based (80% on the road) with strong earning potential through commissions.
