What You Will Do:

• Manage a Diverse Pipeline: Work a healthy mix of company-provided inbound leads (generated via our SEO, paid social ads, and inbound calls) alongside your own proactive outbound efforts (neighborhood canvassing, outbound calling, and referral generation).

• Conduct Inspections: Safely perform roof inspections and document storm damage (we will train you on our photo documentation system).

• Consult on Retail Projects: Present, estimate, and sell premium retail exterior upgrades—including metal roofs, siding, and gutters—to homeowners looking to improve their property value.

• Guide Homeowners: Walk clients seamlessly through the insurance claims process, from initial inspection to the final build.

• Close Deals: Leverage our proven sales systems, scripts, and tech tools to secure contracts.
