Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationDemonstrated experience with risk managementDemonstrated experience identifying and resolving issuesAbility to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operationsGeneral understanding and application of data visualizationOrganization and prioritization skills proven to integrate and coordinate a multitude of tasks Ability to track metrics month over month and assess trendsDesired SkillsExcellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with our Navy partners and porgram leadershipExperience integrating with various functional teamsDemonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authorityAbility to build key relationships across organizations internally within LM and externally with customers & industry partners to achieve organizational and program goalsKnowledge of program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phaseExperience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint and knowledge of agile methodologiesActive TOP SECRET security clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
