Internship - Human Resources

The Perryman Company is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated summer intern to join our HR team in 2027! The Human Resources Department works together in managing employee relations, recruiting processes, compliance, and more! Key Accountabilities Assist the HR team with general administrative tasks, departmental projects, and day-to-day operations Support data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping using internal HR systems Contribute to ongoing HR projects by completing assigned tasks efficiently Gain exposure to HR systems (e.g., UKG) and company policies through hands‑on experience Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Basic understanding of general HR principles Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Proficient organizational and time management skills Qualifications Behaviors Preferred Enthusiastic : Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Team Player : Works well as a member of a group Leader : Inspires teammates to follow them Innovative : Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking Detail Oriented : Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Motivations Preferred Ability to Make an Impact : Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Education Preferred Some college or better in Business Administration.
