The opportunity to serve as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) is like no other with up to a year of fully paid training to prepare you for becoming a licensed Administrator.Training will be at our Corporate Home Office location in Louisville, KY.New Class will be Fall of 2026!Must be willing to relocate for onsite facility training at your own expense and location will be determined in the Fall.As you can imagine, the demand for these opportunities is great. Review the job functions before applying, think about what makes you stand apart and worthy of being a future Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).Our Sacred Seven Values of Heroic, Compassion, Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Patience and Positivity make this an incredible place to serve and make a difference in the lives of our patients, residents, Stakeholders and communities!How You Will Make a DifferenceWork side by side with a designated AIT Preceptor in a departmental rotation lasting 9-12 months observing "hands on" participation in Administration, Nursing, Social Services, Business Office, Human Resources, Dietary, Quality of Life, Plant Operations, Admissions/Marketing, Medical Records, and Housekeeping/Laundry to understand how each department plays a key role in resident care.Observe and participate in management duties such as talent acquisition, performance management, business development, budgeting and expense management.Develop a working knowledge of and confirm compliance with all governmental regulations.Provide guidance and leadership throughout the federal and state survey processes to ensure regulations are followed consistently.Develop positive relationships on behalf of the Company with government regulators, residents, families, other area health care providers, physicians and community at large.Utilize survey information, in addition to other source documents, to address areas of importance as defined by our residents, families, and other customers.Actively participate in problem solving exercises and process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.Partner with regional and home office support to help overall facility operations.Contribute to an environment that allows for creative thinking, problem solving, and empowerment in the development of a facility management team.Meet with the preceptor on a regular basis, but no less than once per week for supervision and to problem solve areas of concern.What You Need to Make a DifferenceBe at least 21 years of ageBachelor's degree required (Business, Healthcare Management, Accounting, etc.); MBA preferredAfter the 1-year AIT Training program is completed, sign a two-year service agreement with a commitment and understanding you must relocate within any of our locations.Current/active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or obtain within twelve (12) months after start date unless you are currently an active licensed clinician in the state of your employmentObtain Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license within twelve (12) months after start dateDemonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft OfficeAbility to multi-task, manage time effectively and possess strong attention to detailExtremely customer service oriented, an excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to work well under pressureHigh level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentialityAbility function independently with flexibility, personal integrity, and possess the ability to work effectively with othersYou need to be approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to complete new tasks without the benefit of written procedures.Our Exceptional Benefits Package and Signature Perks Include the Following and More!Competitive CompensationCorporate support and training for our facility leadersBenefits: 401K, medical, dental, vision and life insurances, free CEUs, discounts for entertainment and leisureWork/Life Balance PTO – unlimited PTOReward & Recognition Program (HEART)Vital Links
