Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Role: PRN Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic, delivering personalized 1:1 patient care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance function, decrease pain, and improve quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Accurately document care in the EMR system. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs. Qualifications & Skills Current license as a Physical Therapist. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
