Rate of Pay: $25.85
Hours per Day: 8
Start & Ending Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Working Days per Year: 193
Paid Holidays: 6
Qualifications Desired:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- One year post secondary training in administrative assistant or computer skills preferred.
- Two years' administrative assistant experience in an educational setting, preferred.
- Knowledge of school policy and procedures.
- Basic office procedures.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Record-keeping skills
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, be flexible, and maintain confidentiality.
Testing Required: None
