MedCadre (Denken Solutions) is hiring experienced Healthcare Recruiters ready to operate at a higher level with full control over their earnings. This is a performance-driven model built for recruiters who can consistently generate placements and scale. Compensation: 50% of Gross Margin on Travel & Contract placements. 20% of Placement Fee on Full-Time roles. Uncapped earnings with monthly payouts.

What You'll Do:

• Source, screen, and place travel nurses and allied clinicians.
• Submit into MSP/VMS programs and manage your pipeline.
• Drive placements, starts, and redeployments.

What We Provide:

• ATS (JobDiva), tools, and full operational support.
• Payroll, compliance, and credentialing handled internally.
