OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Reading, PA by HMD Trucking
$25 per hourHMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
HMD Trucking is seeking seasoned OTR solo CDL A drivers in Reading, PA for nationwide HAZMAT freight.
Role Overview:
- Ensure safe transport of hazardous materials
- Adhere to federal, state, and local HAZMAT regulations
- Perform and document pre-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records
What We Provide:
- Competitive pay: 65 CPM + 4 CPM on hazmat
- Weekly averages around 2,500 miles
- Modern tractors under three years old
- Biweekly home time
