Job Title : Physical Therapist Full-Time

Location : Sarasota, FL

Hours : Monday Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm (Full-Time)

Pay : Starting at $73,000/year $95,000/year (Exempt)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting, providing patient care to individuals seeking rehabilitation services. New graduates are welcome to apply, and we offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct physical therapy services, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for improving mobility and managing conditions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Document and maintain patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications :

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
