Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Responsibilities Work as part of a team, supporting an existing application platform and contributing to efforts working on potential modernization enhancements. Understand the operational and IT requirements of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS). Assess and configure software, applications, custom solutions, and new applications using MS Dynamics. Ensure the integration of new enhancements with existing systems. Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change/release management cycles. Create documentation for the current system and applied patches. Provide extended support for post‑deployment issues; deliver ongoing maintenance services. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Technology / IT / Computer Science A minimum of 6 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
