Requirements Engineer (m/w/d)

Verantwortlichkeiten Erfassung von Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich (z.B. im Rahmen von Workshops oder Interviews) Erstellung und Pflege des Produkt-Backlogs (User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien, Prioritäten) Definition der Produktvision und Abstimmung mit dem Projekt- und Entwicklungsteam Kontinuierliche Priorisierung anhand von Business-Value, Aufwand und Risiko Unterstützung bei der Abnahme von Inkrementen anhand definierter Akzeptanzkriterien Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen, Management und externen Partnern Erstellung und Pflege von Produkt-Dokumentationen (Vision, Roadmap, Release-Notes) Statusberichte über Backlog-Status, offene Risiken und offene Entscheidungen Dein Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering oder als Product Owner Fundierte Kenntnisse im Produktmanagement und Verständnis für den gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Produkt-Dokumentation Erfahrung mit Design-Thinking, User-Stories und Validierung von Nutzerbedürfnissen Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. Jira, Confluence) Idealerweise Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement (Scrum, Kanban) Strukturierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität Fließend in Deutsch oder Englisch Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung gem. §10 SÜG ("Ü3") Warum wir?
