Job Description Job Description Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff) Location: Glendale, CA Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Compensation: $130,000 to $250,000 annually Position Overview: Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a plaintiff-side law firm in Glendale. The ideal candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload and handle all aspects of case development, negotiation, and client communication. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and liability analysis Communicate with clients regarding status updates and case strategy Draft and respond to discovery Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement demands Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings Work closely with partners, paralegals, investigators, and medical providers Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel Maintain accurate case notes and comply with all deadlines and procedures Prepare cases for trial and assist senior attorneys with trial-related tasks Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Strong drafting skills with minimal supervision Immediate availability preferred Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Sick pay 401(k) with employer matching Free parking
