We\'re on the lookout for a fun, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to be part of our crew. As a customer service representative, you\'ll be the voice of our organization, providing excellent service to our members via phone, email, and chat. Come be a part of something exciting! What you\'ll do Respond to member requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner. Resolve member issues in a professional and courteous manner. Provide excellent customer service to members via phone, email, and chat. Act with a sense of urgency to address member needs. Create positive and innovative solutions that enhance the member experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
