IT Support Technician
AxoGen
Axogen is hiring a Helpdesk Support Technician in Vandalia, OH. You will respond to IT requests via ticketing, phone, or remote access, provide daily system maintenance, and act as the primary liaison to Axogen staff. Your role includes hardware/software troubleshooting, imaging deployments, and collaboration with network/server teams to ensure reliable operations.
