Bring your talents to the Princess and be part of an energetic, collaborative environment where every day is an opportunity to make the holidays memorable for our guests.As an Operations Supervisor, you will be reporting to the Christmas at the Princess Operations Manager; responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Building High-Performing TeamsDevelop, inspire, and retain top talent.Coach and develop team members to maximize performance and guest service.Set and reinforce clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards.Effectively manage and motivate colleagues to achieve operational goals.Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing training for team members.Living the CultureLead by example and make thoughtful, guest-focused operational decisions.Deliver engaging, memorable holiday experiences for every guest.Foster a culture of colleague recognition and teamwork.Build a collaborative team that supports the needs of the event.Operational ExcellenceExecute daily operational plans, including staffing, communication, and event readiness.Manage labor costs and operating expenses while maintaining service standards.Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, resolving guest concerns, vendor issues, and maintenance requests.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Promote safety and loss prevention through daily operations.Maintain OSHA standards to provide a safe working environment for all colleagues.QualificationsSeasonal dates of position: October 15th through January 10thAdhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.1+ years of supervisory experience.Proficiency in TimeSaver, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS systems.Current Maricopa County Food Handler Card and Arizona Liquor Server Certification.Demonstrated success in talent development and team leadership.Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods.Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.Your team and working environment: A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience, Feel Valued, Feel Sparked, We Are OneOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talentWhy work for Accor?
