Job Full Description A company in Lithia Springs has an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative . This candidate will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience at the same company
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Long term Administrative or office experience
- Expert in all Microsoft office platforms
- Give your full attention to the customer, and ask clarifying questions
- Handle returns or complaints, and escalate complex problems to relevant teams
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Provide information about products and services, and answer questions
- Listen to customer questions and concerns, and pay attention to their tone and body language
- Manage your time well
- Pay close attention to detail
Pay: $18+ / Hour
