Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead – Back of House / Receiving We are looking for strong leaders with retail experience who thrive in a fast‑paced environment to join our Back of House/Receiving team as a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead. You will lead Receiving Associates and support the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor, helping to bring merchandise displays to life. Responsibilities Model company‑appropriate Back of House standards for receiving and stocking. Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor. Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence. Coaching associates on the spot and providing recognition. Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required. Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
