Assistant Store Manager

The Press Club Grill

Iowa, LA

The Press Club Grill is hiring Assistant Shop Managers to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will support the shop manager, train new staff, and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and performance targets.

Role includes a monthly commission and bonus program that can add to hourly pay, with strong advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits. This on-site position offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
