Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans for clients, utilizing solution-focused interventions grounded in evidence-based practices. \n
- Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of each client. \n
- Document and maintain precise clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of care. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies. \n
- Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment plans, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their challenges effectively. \n
- Manage a full caseload of clients while consistently working toward their treatment goals, demonstrating commitment to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). \n
