Field Supervisor

Finance SupervisorAMPORTS is a leading provider of port-based automotive and logistics services supporting customers across the United States. The Finance team supports accurate, timely financial processing and reporting at corporate and facility levels, enabling operational continuity and strong internal controls.Supervise and coordinate all department activities, including customer relations, scheduling, employee relations budgeting, staffing, safety, and daily, monthly and yearly production goals.Comply with ISO standards. Provide training to Amports associates. Support company policies and procedures. Assist Facility Manager in day-to-day operations. Meet daily with team leads. Attending staff meetings. Meet deadlines and objective goals.Effective communicator in listening, writing, and verbal. Must be detail oriented. Ability to solve problems. Ability to work as a team. Ability to organize and prioritize competing responsibilities. Punctual and dependable person. Ability to lead a team.This position has direct reports.Outdoors exposed to changing and/or extreme weather conditions (for instance, rain, sun, snow, wind, humidity, etc.).Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily production/technical nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position often requires overtime.Travel may/may not be required for this position.High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Card).
