Forklift OperatorJoin the team as a Forklift Operator, where you'll play a key role in safely moving, stacking, and tracking products throughout the warehouse. You'll operate powered industrial trucks, support shipping/receiving, and help keep inventory accurate—all while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.Warehouse OperationsSafely unload, move, and store inbound productsOperate forklifts and other MHE to transport materialsPick, prepare, and stage orders accurately and efficientlyEnsure all documentation and WMS entries are correctQuality & InventoryInspect inbound/outbound shipments to prevent damageMaintain accurate inventory recordsAssist with physical counts and proper stock rotationSafety & Facility CareKeep work areas clean and organizedFollow all safety policies and daily equipment inspectionsAssist with minor facility and equipment maintenanceOther DutiesChange forklift fuel tanks, label, sort, wrap, and re-pack as neededRepair pallets or assist with dock tasksWork overtime when requiredWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or GED6+ months experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse workForklift certification (or ability to obtain)Ability to work in varying temperaturesBasic computer and RF scanner skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyComfortable lifting 21–50 lbs. and being on your feetPreferred1–2 years warehouse/logistics experience1–2 years forklift experienceCurrent MHE certification
