Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Massachusetts state SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation using electronic medical records systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
• VMS Work Days: Sunday through Saturday (7 days listed; schedule will be 5x8 per week as defined by facility).
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.

Commuting is convenient via MA Route 2 and local transit options connect to regional hubs such as Pittsfield (approximately 20–30 minutes) and Williamstown (about 15 minutes), supporting a mix of outdoor, cultural, and small-city lifestyles.
