Adult Home Care Aide- HHA

Here at BAYADA, you have the flexibility to choose where you want to work, who you want to work with, and the hours you want to work! We currently have openings for CNAs, HHAs, and Nursing Students to work 1 on 1 with our adult clients. Full-time and part-time schedules available, for days, overnights and weekends! No experience? Ask about our training program! $18 - $25/ hour BAYADA offers a ton of benefits for both part-time and full-time caregivers, including weekly pay, paid time off (PTO), $500-$2000 referral bonuses, scholarship opportunities, and certified Dementia Training. We offer 24/7 on-call clinical support, so you always have someone to call if you have questions. We have current clients with shifts available for Adult Home Care Aides, days/evenings and weekends in the following Bucks and Montgomery County locations:

• Flourtown, PA
• Norristown, PA
• North Wales, PA
• Plymouth Meeting, PA
• Bridgeport, PA
• Lafayette Hill, PA
• Royersford, PA

Job Qualifications for our Home Health Aides or CNA’s: * HHA’s Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency,

• CNAs – current or expired CNA license from any state
• Nursing Students – completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation

Job Responsibilities for our Home Health Aides or CNA’s: Assist our clients with the following:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of Motion exercises
• Ambulation
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
