Position Type Part-Time, working a varying schedule including every other weekend Shifts Available Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time) Evenings: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Every Other Weekend Part-Time) Wage Range $27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience) Bonus $5,000 Part-Time Location 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans. Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions. Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides. Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff. Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders. Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy. Documents care using electronic charting systems. Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties. Performs other duties as assigned. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing. Long Term Care work experience required Strong data collections skills. 2 years of LPN experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively. Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
