Picture this: a homeowner needs a full-system replacement in a tight attic during a heat wave. You assess the layout, guide your Install Helper, make clean copper and PVC connections, wire high and low voltage flawlessly, and leave the space spotless. The customer smiles. That’s the kind of impact we’re after.

• Own residential HVAC installations, upgrades, and replacements from start to finish.
• Cut, thread, and connect pipes (copper or PVC); complete accurate high-/low-voltage wiring.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers in the field and in the shop.
• Deliver top-tier customer service through clear explanations and respectful communication.
• Lift, bend, and move loads over 50 pounds; keep tools, parts, and vehicle organized and clean.
• Work safely at heights and in tight areas (including attics) under extreme heat or cold.
• Comply with appliance standards, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and company service standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of residential HVAC experience
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• EPA certification
• Advanced diagnostic and critical thinking skills
• Positive, proactive approach with uncompromising quality standards
• Customer-first attitude; professional with stakeholders at every level
• Adaptable, collaborative, and inventive in dynamic situations

• Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Climbing ladders; accessing attics; entering crawlspaces; working in tight spaces
• Pushing, carrying, pulling; using hand tools; fine-detail tasks; ability to drive
• Standing, walking, sitting; talking or hearing in person and by phone
• Using hands to handle or feel objects/controls; reaching with hands and arms
• Regular stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching
• Regular exposure to extreme indoor/outdoor temperatures and adverse weather (wind, rain, ice, snow)
