Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Assignment Details

Floating required.

Requirements

2 years of outpatient clinic experience
Active California LVN license
Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), IV & Blood certified
Flu vaccine required (no declinations/exemptions)
Experience with Epic EMR system required

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Administer IV therapy and blood products as needed.
Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
