What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care for adult medical and surgical patients on the unit
• Float between MedSurg and ER as needed, covering whatever walk-ins occur
• Adhere to patient safety, infection control, and hospital protocols
• Work with a team of nurses, CNAs, and staff secretary to ensure efficient patient flow
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Athena EMR
• Respond to emergency situations in ER when floated
• Maintain compliance with all state and hospital regulations

What You Need

• Active Kansas or multistate RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (all AHA approved)
• 1 to 3+ years previous RN experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to float requirements and patient needs
