Assistant Grocery Team Leader

Join Giant Eagle as an Assistant Grocery Team Leader and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced, people-first environment. In this role, you’ll support the Grocery Team Leader with daily operations, including ordering, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling. You’ll lead and coach team members, ensure shelves are full and well-presented, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll interact with customers throughout your shift, resolving issues and providing friendly, helpful service that reflects our values of respect, teamwork, and community support. This position offers hands-on leadership experience, visibility across store operations, and opportunities to grow into higher-level roles within our regional network of supermarkets, Market District, and GetGo locations.
