Join our team as a Janitorial Technician and help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. We are committed to providing a professional and positive workplace where your skills are valued and growth opportunities are available.
Wellesley, MA Monday - Friday 1.5 hours after 6:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure cleanliness of assigned areas
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Restock supplies and ensure restrooms and common areas are hygienic and well-maintained
- Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies and standards for quality and professionalism
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
