The Marketing Specialist will support INFITAC’s marketing efforts through Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, industry partnerships, trade shows and events, and dealer/channel marketing. This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, events, content, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Collaboration & Relationship Management

• Manage day-to-day communication, coordination, and project follow-up with KOLs.

• Coordinate product delivery, address product-related questions or issues, and manage schedules.

• Provide product training and support to ensure accurate and consistent product communication.

• Coordinate KOL on-site filming, product trials, and content publishing during trade shows, Range Days, and new product launches.

• Collect published content links, original content assets, performance data, and authentic feedback, and promptly share them with the internal team.

Industry Brand Partnerships

● Develop and expand partnerships across relevant industries and organizations aligned with INFITAC products.

● Develop and execute creative partnership initiatives, including co-branded content, events,

sponsorships, and other joint programs.

● Evaluate and summarize partnership opportunities, including available resources, collaboration formats, and potential value, and communicate them to the team.

● Follow up on partnership execution and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts.

U.S. Trade Shows & Event Execution

● Support event marketing and promotional activities, including KOL outreach, on-site collaborative content publishing, product demonstrations, and coordination of short-form video and photo content.

● Coordinate media interviews, product trial experiences, on-site briefings, and post-event follow-up.

● After each event, organize feedback from KOLs, media, and channel partners, collect relevant content assets, and prepare post-event review reports.

Channel Marketing & Dealer Support

● Work closely with the Sales team to support channel marketing initiatives aligned with sales targets.

● Communicate with dealers and channel partners to secure promotional opportunities, including website banners, product-page exposure, email campaigns, social media posts, in-store displays, local events, and other available promotional opportunities.

● Collect dealer feedback and market insights to help the Marketing team optimize content and support.

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, influencer/KOL marketing, channel marketing, event marketing, or a related field.

• Must be able to work on-site at INFITAC’s office in Allen, TX.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with KOLs, industry partners, dealers, media contacts, vendors, and internal teams.

• Strong project management and follow-up capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, deliverables, and external stakeholders simultaneously.

• Familiarity with influencer/KOL collaborations, content coordination, or partnership marketing is preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically for trade shows, Range Days, dealer events, product demonstrations, and other marketing activities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, with the ability to identify and follow up on marketing and partnership opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in the optics, outdoor, shooting sports, or related industries is highly preferred; prior industry experience is a plus but not required.

• Experience in influencer/KOL marketing, partnerships, events, channel marketing, or related areas.

• Familiarity with social media, content marketing, email marketing, events, and other promotional channels; hands-on campaign experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building relationships with KOLs, partners, dealers, and other industry contacts.

• Ability and willingness to quickly learn technical products and effectively communicate product information.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams is a plus.
