Pay rate: $17.00

Shift: 1st shift (8am-4:30pm)

Graham Personnel Services is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for the Receiving Department. This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent heavy lifting, unloading, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or receiving experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Unloading: Receive and unload incoming shipments, including manually handling heavy products and materials.
• Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift, carry, move, and stack heavy items throughout the shift.
• Shipment Inspection: Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition. Report damaged or missing products to the supervisor.
• Material Handling: Move products to designated warehouse locations using pallet jacks, carts, or other material-handling equipment.
• Inventory Support: Assist with organizing, labeling, and properly storing received merchandise.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain clean and organized receiving and storage areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Teamwork: Work closely with receiving and warehouse team members to unload and process incoming shipments efficiently.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and proper lifting techniques while handling materials.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, receiving, loading/unloading, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform frequent heavy lifting throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Pallet jack or other warehouse equipment experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Extended periods of standing and walking.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Repetitive physical movements throughout the shift.
• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
• Position requires candidates who are comfortable performing consistent physical and heavy-lifting duties.
