Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub in a dynamic OR setting
• Participate in pre-op and post-op assessments and care planning
• Ensure strict adherence to surgical asepsis and infection control protocols
• Support surgeons and anesthesiologists with equipment and supplies
• Document patients’ charts thoroughly and accurately
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in high-pressure environments
