Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
• Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and previous school-based SLP experience
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies for individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy for PreK and Kindergarten students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop goals to address speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents for the benefit of each child
• Travel between assigned locations as part of the itinerant model
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with required timelines
• Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment
