As a Field Staff Employee, Here's a Big-Picture View of What You'll Do:

• Care for Seniors in Their Homes & in Facilities Such as Clinics, Medical Offices, Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Hospitals and Schools
• Examine Patients, Conduct Assessments, Document Condition and Report Changes Supervisor
• Help with Daily Activities with Basic Cares in Nursing and as an Aide
• Check Vitals, Measure Intake/Output, Monitor Blood Glucose and Document Any Changes, as Needed
• Administer Medication, Operate Medical Equipment and Maintain a Safe Environment

A Few Must-Haves:

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program and Active Nursing License
• Active Cna or Med Aide License Within the State (Transfer Eligibility)
• Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Knowledge of State and Federal Healthcare Laws and Regulations
• Demonstrated Clinical Proficiency, Critical Thinking Skills, Good Communicator and Compassionate
• Must Be 18 Years of Age, or Older
